She even inspires Alice, a shy fashion designer, and together they create a dazzling runway fashion show. Barbie shows that magic happens when you believe in yourself.

When Marisa, played by Barbie, discovers she is half-mermaid, she must help the citizens of Atlantia by rescuing their queen, who also is her mother. Marisa and her underwater friends have to complete three tasks in order to release her mother from the clutches of the evil Eris, who longs to rule Atlantia.

A girl can be anything she wants to be if she works hard, but in the days of the musketeers, certain professions were simply off-limits. Corinne (Barbie) is the daughter of a Musketeer and grew up wanting to become a musketeer and training hard to become an excellent swordsperson. When she sets off for Paris to join the musketeers, even her letter of introduction earns nothing but laughs from Captain Treville and the all-male musketeers. Forced to take a job as a castle housekeeper, Corinne soon discovers that her three fellow housekeepers have also dreamed and trained to become musketeers. Even more amazing is that the senior housekeeper had similar dreams as a child. This elder housekeeper provides further training for the three girls, encouraging them to strive to achieve what was an absolute impossibility for her generation. Just as the prince is about to become king, strange accidents begin to occur around the castle--accidents that the men musketeers seem unable to prevent. Could these unfortunate events provide an opportunity for Corinne and her friends to showcase their extraordinary swordsmanship?

Barbie and Teresa tell us the fairy tale story of Liana and Alexa, best friends who shared everything including their love of music. Elina knows that it's difficult feeling like you don't belong, so when Bibble decides not to visit a friend for fear of not fitting in, Elina relates the story of a butterfly fairy named Mariposa who loves to read and dream about the stars and the worlds beyond her land, but never quite feels like she fits in with her fellow fairies. Flutterfield was once a land of frightened fairies forced to hide in darkness from the monster-like Skeezites who devour butterfly fairies, but is now ruled by kind Queen Marabella who protects her land with glowing flowers. Sometimes it's difficult finding one's place in the world and, while a young shipwrecked girl named Ro couldn't ask for better friends than the animals that raised her on a South Seas island, she wonders about her parents and where she came from. When avid explorer Prince Antonio discovers the island, he offers Ro a chance to return to civilization and Ro convinces her friends Tika the elephant, Sagi the red panda, and Azul the peacock to accompany her. Once in the Prince's kingdom, Ro and her friends feel hopelessly out of place and fall prey to the tricks of a scheming traitor. Join Barbie as Elina in an all-new Fairytopia adventure! Elina travels with her puffball Bibble to Fairy School at the magnificent Crystal Palace. There, she meets the other fairy apprentices, chosen to learn the annual Flight of Spring and magically create the first rainbow of the season. But when the evil Laverna tries to stop the Flight, threatening to plunge Fairytopia into ten years of bitter winter, Elina and her new friends must learn that ´together we are strong.´ But are they strong enough to defeat Laverna and bring the rainbow to life? And will Bibble, who has a loose tooth, fall in love with the adorable puffball Dizzle?

My grade:

This story begins when Barbie who plays the roll of Clara, has just got a beautifully made nutcracker as a gift from her favourite aunt. Like pure magic, the Nutcracker comes alive in the middle of the night and chases off the evil Mouse King. Clara wakes up and together they go on a long adventure to defeat the Mouse King and restore the throne to Prince Eric. To do this they have to find the Sugarplum Fairy, because she is the only one who can break the spell....

Barbie in the Nutcracker shows that everything is possible if you are kind, clever and brave...

What do I think of the movie?
This movie is very good, it shows that you have to fight to reach your goals and that if you just believe in that what you´re doing is the right thing, everything will turn out well.

My grade:

A long time ago, there lived a girl whos name was Rapunzel. She lived in the time when dragons still excisted. Rapunzel had the most beautiful and longest hair you can imagine and you could expect her life to be just wonderful. But the truth is far from this. Gothel, a devious, wicked and very jealous witch, kept Rapunzel as a servant girl, hidden in a magic forrest surrounded by a wall of glass and guarded by the fierce dragon Hugo. One day Rapunzel discovers a magic paint brush and this is the start of a thrilling adventure.

Barbie as Rapunzel shows that love and imagination really can change the world........

What do I think of the movie?
I think this movie has it all. Thrill, romance, action and of course a fair portion of magic. I really recommend you to see this movie, it is INCREDIBLY good.

My grade:

In this story, Barbie stars as a young bakers daughter Odette. One day a beautiful unicorn shows up and Odette follows it into the enchanted forest where she gets caught by the evil wizard Rothbart who then casts a spell on Odette which transforms her into a swan, although the fairy queen counters the spell Odette still ends up being a swan by day and a human by night. The evil wizard is trying to defeat his cousin the fairy queen and take over the enchanted forest and it is the job and destiny of Odette to save the enchanted forest and defeat the evil wizard so that the spell can be broken and she can become pure human again.

Barbie of Swan Lake shows that with courage and honesty you can defeat evil wizards, save enchanted forests and also live happily ever after with a handsome prince.

What do I think of the movie?
Well, Barbie´s adventure this time was not as thrilling as I first expected. I waited all through the movie for something incredibly magic to happen, but they were just dancing most of the time. But, then again the film has got romance just like the other movies and that of course makes it worthwhile to watch.

My grade:

At last Barbie sings and no less than seven lovely melodies can be heard in this movie. This time Barbie takes on the part of two roles as she plays both the princess and also a poor little village girl. When princess Annalise goes into the village she gets abducted and Erika a poor village girl gets taken back to the palace as she is mistaken as the princess which is understandable as they look identical but for their hair colour. Will Erika succeed in fooling the evil Preminger? Will king Dominick who of course thinks that Erika is princess Annalise and then falls in love with her, still love her when he finds out the truth?

Of course Annalise does get rescued and both girls get the man in their dreams.

What do I think of the movie?
The lovely melodies makes this movie something special. It is also quite a moving tale about two very beautiful and adventurous girls who dare to follow their dreams and they discover that destiny is written in a very special place and that place is in your heart.

My grade:

Bravery, commitment to friendship, and personal sacrifice empower the weak and give rise to unlikely heroes in the magical world of Fairytopia. Elina (played by Barbie) is a wingless fairy who is mercilessly teased by a trio of spiteful fairies. Luckily for Elina, Dandelion (a fellow fairy) and Bibble (a cute little puffball) are good, supportive friends. When the evil Laverna plots to take over Fairytopia and spreads a potion that causes an epidemic of flying sickness in Fairytopia, Elina is the only fairy not overcome with the illness. It's up to Elina, Bibble, and new friend Hue to find a way to defeat Laverna and save Fairytopia from ruin.

My grade:

Barbie once again stars as Elina, the flightless fairy who earned her wings in Fairytopia. In this sequel to Fairytopia, Elina has just got the hang of her newfound appendages, when suddenly she's summoned to Mermaidia to rescue her friend Nalu. The Fungi have kidnapped the merman Prince in a plot by the evil Laverna to harness the magical power of the so-called immunity berry, which will make her invulnerable to all magic and thus able to take over Fairytopia. Finding Nalu won't be easy, so Elina tries to team up with the mermaid Nori. Nori, though, considers Elina a rival for Nalu's affections, but they come together after the Oracle reveals that the two must work together if they hope to save Nalu.

My grade:

Barbie, playing the role of Annika, is a sheltered princess whose royal parents are the biggest worrywarts of all. They panic when she is "missing" (which generally translates to her gone skating), and finally forbid her from skating at all. Annika feels shortchanged, especially since it is her birthday. She talks to her polar bear cub, Shiver, and makes a decision to sneak out to the skating rink in the village. Shiver is a sweet little polar bear cub who mostly gets Annika into trouble, but always innocently. The inevitable happens when Annika sneaks out to the village skating rink. The evil Whenlock appears and announces that he is Annika's future husband. Annika's parents, the King and Queen, discover she is missing and appear. The King faces off with Whenlock, and it is revealed that Annika had a sister she never knew about, who Whenlock had turned into a winged horse. Whenlock turns the King, Queen, and the villagers to stone, announcing that he will give Annnika only three days before the spell becomes unbreakable.

A winged horse named Brietta swoops in and scoops up Annika, taking her to the Cloud Kingdom. Annika learns that Whenlock is in possession of a powerful (and stolen) wand, and that there is only wand more powerful than it--the Wand of Light, which doesn't even exist. The Cloud Queen tells her how the Wand of Light can be built--it requires three things: a ring of love, a measure of courage and a gem of ice lit by hope's eternal flame. Annika is determined to build the wand. She must begin her adventure in the deepest darkest part of the Forbidden Forest. Brietta, Shiver, and a handsome young man named Aidan, accompany the brave and optimistic Annika.

My grade:

While every princess should learn and demonstrate proper etiquette, twelve young princesses learn the importance of doing good deeds and following their hearts in Twelve Dancing Princesses. When an overwhelmed King Randolph seeks the aid of his cousin the Duchess Rowena in acquainting his twelve young daughters with appropriate princess etiquette, the overly strict Duchess forbids dancing, singing and anything that makes the girls happy. The girls' misery increases when their father suddenly becomes ill and the future looks bleak until the princesses discover that twelve special books bequeathed to them by their late mother open the gateway to a magical world where wishes are granted and dancing is celebrated. Eventually, maturity demands that the twelve princesses return to the real world and confront Duchess Rowena in order to save their father and his kingdom.

Join Barbie as the beautiful Princess Genevieve and her eleven dancing princess sisters as they discover a secret entrance to an amazing, magical world where wishes come true! But when their father is in danger of losing his kingdom, Princess Genevieve and her sisters must work together in order to save the day and their father. They learn that the power of family can overcome all obstacles!

My grade:

It's a new school year and Barbie is hoping this year will be a little less ordinary. She loves hanging out with her best friends, playing with them in a band, working at the school TV station, and also has a crush on a boy. With a special diary and charm bracelet suddenly Barbie finds the courage to truly be herself, and exciting things start happening!
